The hotel offers clean and comfy rooms with a washer and dryer, but the rooms are tiny with no view. The staff is friendly, but there may be issues with checking in. The location is fabulous, close to St Kilda, and convenient for reaching the city. The dining experience is average, with cold eggs, and the facilities are adequate.

I loved having the washer and dryer in the room, such a convenient upgrade. The room was clean and comfy, although it was on the smaller side with no view.

The staff, while friendly, struggled with checking in procedures. They were helpful but could improve on efficiency.

The hotel's location is fabulous, close to the heart of St Kilda, making it perfect for exploring the area. However, the parking situation can be tricky if you have a large vehicle.

The dining experience was okay, but the eggs were not cooked fresh and tended to be cold. The overall quality could be better.

My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic! The rooms were very good and comfortable, offering everything one could need, including a stove and two TVs. The view of the lake and sea was a lovely addition. The service was decent, with the staff being generally helpful, providing a good breakfast, and making efforts to address room issues. The location was great for our needs and the staff were friendly and helpful. The dining experience was a bit below average, but I would happily eat there each morning. Overall, a solid choice for a short stay.

The hotel felt like a little apartment; however, there was a strange smell in the room that needed airing out, possibly due to mustiness when the heater was turned on. The quality of the bed with two queensize beds was decent, but there was no sitting area available.

The rooms were like a little apartment, though we had to air out a strange smell that may have been a bit musty when the heater was turned on. The quality of the bed with two queensize beds was decent, but there was no sitting area at all.
Service

The staff said that all rooms were the same, which was not true. They launched into a lengthy explanation during check-in. However, they were very helpful when I needed some medical assistance and even arranged for my left-behind pillow to be shipped to my address in Sydney.

I was delighted to discover this beautiful old building for people to enjoy its splendor. While not clearly explained, you take your car up in a lift, so be cautious if you have a large vehicle. The location was ideal for attending a wedding in Albert Park and close to tram services. It served its purpose well as I needed to be close to the Alfred Hospital early the next day for work purposes in Melbourne's St Kilda area. The hotel was close to restaurants in St Kilda and offered good access to public transportation.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was underwhelming as the food delivered was cold and the breakfast consisted of only one piece of toast, mushrooms, spinach, and hash browns. I also found it poor that tea had to be paid for separately, diminishing the value.
