The hotel offers clean and comfy rooms with a washer and dryer, but the rooms are tiny with no view. The staff is friendly, but there may be issues with checking in. The location is fabulous, close to St Kilda, and convenient for reaching the city. The dining experience is average, with cold eggs, and the facilities are adequate.

My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic! The rooms were very good and comfortable, offering everything one could need, including a stove and two TVs. The view of the lake and sea was a lovely addition. The service was decent, with the staff being generally helpful, providing a good breakfast, and making efforts to address room issues. The location was great for our needs and the staff were friendly and helpful. The dining experience was a bit below average, but I would happily eat there each morning. Overall, a solid choice for a short stay.

The hotel felt like a little apartment; however, there was a strange smell in the room that needed airing out, possibly due to mustiness when the heater was turned on. The quality of the bed with two queensize beds was decent, but there was no sitting area available.
